Works great

This is my second Bagless upright vacuum cleaner. The vacuum works wonderfully, no issues. Easy to use and empty. The only issue is the cord split at the top as it winds around. But in its defense it is used every single day and was a year old.

Works as expected

Given pets; children; one asthmatic in our house a HEPA filter is a must, this vacuum delivers on filtering what it picks up well. The swivel head likes to list to the right when used. Is much easier to pull/drive back than to move forward. The light unfortunately only works on the carpet setting, so while it is upright or on hardwood setting, there is no light, even when tilted for floor use. This was on sale when we bought, for its quality, it delivers, just not quite to price point we were hoping. This is replacing a HEPA, 'commercial' level Shark that failed to deliver in its second year after numerous repairs and duct tape it was time to just replace it. This vacuum is about equivalent in noise volume to the user, but for people on lower floor, it is much louder. But, it works; it gets rid of dirt; all other is extra.

This is my second du2012. They work like a champ. They're rugged easy to clean. I broke the original one after 4 years. My abuse. Went back to something I know works well
