Why won't my bag door close?

This product has a unique feature that prevents the door from closing without a bag installed. Ensure the bag is fully inserted and pushed back to allow the door to close.

Why does my bag light come on when I'm using accessory tools?

This is normal as air flow is restricted when using tools.

Why does my dirt sensor light stay on?

Over time the dirt sensor may accumulate dust on the sensor. Simply clean out the port on the bottom of the nozzle to resolve false indicator.

I have tried every brand on the market over the past 40 years!

When I was first married 40 years ago, my grammie gave me her turquoise blue Kenmore canister vacuum. She had an old 30 lb cat that shed more than dozen cats put together. She swore but her Kenmore and even used it to vacuum the cat (which the cat loved). I decided to try a Kenmore canister again and I’m so glad I did! I love the weight, the incredible suction, the attachments, the ease of moving it, and so much more! Why did I wait so long to get this!!
